Very friendly staff, who fulfilled all our wishes (food and drinks at the swimming pool) with a smile. The hotel is located at an excellent yet quiet place in the middle of Kaleici and the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall more than worth its price! We will definitely stay at this hotel again! During my stay over Christmas, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were big and comfortable, providing ample space for relaxation. Additionally, the staff were always ready to assist and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, as it was conveniently situated within walking distance of the main attractions.
I would have appreciated more information on local tours and spa facilities. It would have been helpful to have brochures or a dedicated area where guests could access information about these services.

Delightful older Ottomon style hotel. Fantastic location in Kaleici old town, large room, large bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Usual Turkish breakfast. Would certainly recommend, good value for money.
Some staff had trouble with English but owner/manager spoke/understood well and was usually available to help out.

The owner of the hotel could not have been more professional, kind, and helpful. He helped with many questions we had and spoke great English. He even walked us to the tram to assure we got to the Otogar bus station okay. Please stay here and no place beats Kaleici.

nice garden (with pool), spacious room, good atmosphere.
Room looked on a street, with window barely above sight level, and it was kind of noisy as well. Ventilation brought in all the smells from the kitchen. (Actually this was a cheap room booked last minute - more expensive rooms seemed to be better situated.)

We had a deluxe room, which was very comfortable and clean.the staff was always very kind and helpful. The owner is a great guy, friendly.
The room was noisy but if you can choose one, which looks to the pool, that must be perfect and quiet.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town Kaleici. It is pretty small but the rooms are huge and the swimming pool is of decent size too. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast was nothing crazy but did the job. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Only the boss really speaks english, but overall communication was not a problem. In the end, given the really reasonable price and the location, it is a pretty nice hotel if you want to visit Antalya.

The property has spacious rooms, friendly English-speaking staff, and a prime location in the heart of Kaleici, close to restaurants and Hadrian's Gate. the cleanliness of the linens and towels is commendable, with daily changes. the 24/7 reception ensures a sense of safety, especially for solo travelers.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

Very nice staff w/ owner Ibrahim who was very helpful. Spacious rooms and nice pool area. Good breakfast and menu cooked on order if wanted. Great location in the old town with walking distance to everything, close to harbour beach and 20 minutes by bus to Konyaalti beach and 20-25 minutes to airport by taxi..

Urcu is a cute budget hotel right in the middel of Kaleici (old town). It´s located in a very quiet street (bit hard to find). Furniture is old but charming. We booked the deluxe double room and it was huge. Actually it had 4 beds in it though we needed only 2. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures on Booked.net. The bathroom was clean an practical. Airconditioning on the room worked well. The setting of the garden and the pool is simple but lovely. Staff is very friendly. The hotel owner waited 30 minutes with breakfast because we were late and would still have coffee and tea for us much later than that.
Closing the pool at 8 o´clock p.m. is a bit early. Ibraim (owner of the hotel), make that 10 o´clock. It would be so nice to have a cool-down-swim in the evenings!
